The United States soybean market exports over 50% of our crops.  Last year, nearly 60% of the soybean raised was exported in soymeal (a feed source for livestock), whole beans, and oil. 

Approximately 20-25 soy-related trade teams visit Minnesota each year.  The State of Minnesota is comprised of  87 counties.  Lincoln County proudly hosts 2-3 soy-related trade teams each year. 

Asia is the United State’s primary soy export market   The traditional  Asian diet typically consume 20-30 grams of soy per day, while Westerner’s, such as those of us in the U.S., consume 1-5 grams per day.

Lincoln County Corn and Soybean Grower directors are on-hand to visit with these visiting trade teams.  Our directors act as ambassadors to answer questions about their farms and agricultural
